Chasing Waterfalls

Follow my blog with Bloglovin Hello Everyone!!!

It's sooooooo good to be back blogging.  A year off was necessary for me but oh how I missed this!! :)

I suffer from onychoplagia, otherwise know as nail biting. To help curb the impulse to bite, I get nail enhancements.  Today I had the pleasure of checking out a luxurious (i.e expensive) salon/spa in the area. While the atmosphere was inviting the staff however was not, which is a shame. I get better service at the neighborhood "economic" salons. Anyways, I asked the technician (sweet girl) to give me nude nails. Guess I should have been a little more specific...what I got was a nude-pink color. what I wanted was clear naked nails!! Oh well, lesson learned.

The nice thing about today's mishap was it fits perfectly into the Llama Nails technique challenge. The challenge starts today and runs until June 25.  If you would like to join the fun, click the link above!

Today's technique is Waterfalls. This technique is quick and easy...check it out!

For this design, I chose 5 strippers. To create, simply take each color and make lines/stripes of varying lengths down the nail. Like I said quick and easy for that last minute, out-the-door, no nude nails.
